Built to keep you on the right side of the rules

Every concept carries “Virtually altered concept · not the current condition” in the corner, and your page shows the original next to it. Many MLSs, and California's AB 723, ask for exactly that.
We work only from photos you took or have the rights to use, never from Zillow or other listing sites.
The concepts are “what it could be” images for social posts, flyers and showings. Check your MLS's rules before uploading any to the MLS itself.
No people, cars or text are added, and nothing is removed that the owner couldn't remove (power lines, neighbours, roads).
